Through the development of web technology, world is getting closer and shorter. Now a days you have opportunities to visit and enjoy the world without borders and restrictions. Commerce and products are breaking borders and people enjoy exchange of cultures, services and products. While this advancement has made the life much joyful, there is always chance of stress too.   • You get the total amount increased with 4% monthly interest from the day of agreement till the day of full payment.
  • The non-refundable blacklisting Fee is - US $570. This fee is collected from the blacklisted person. This fee will also be paid to you first and then you pay to us before we delist the person.
  • With your complaints, do send the authentic and sufficient evidences as we post your complaint only when your claim is true and proven by paper-evidences.
  • We are not affiliated/associated to any justice or police institution. This is a voluntier attempt to pressurize a person on moral ground to stay in ethics and to deal with the world honestly.
  • When we blacklist a person, all his details are published on the website so that concerned people may be warned for possible complications dealing with blacklisted person.
  • Many organizations and individuals visit our website to check if the person they are dealing with, is blacklisted. They may be an employer, an employee, a businessperson, an authority, a customer, a service provider, a family, a neighbor or a friend of the blacklisted person.   • He will then try to settle the matter with you and pay the due added a 4% interest on total due amount. He also will require to pay an un-listing fee of $570 that you must pass to us before un-listing.
  • In any situation, you will stay the complainant and we have nothing to do with any dispute raised after this publication
  • Once the matter is resolved at your end and once the dues with un-listing fee is fully paid, you may ask a de-listing.





     
  • How to blacklist a person ?
  • Contact us on - info@blacklisting.org. Provide a copy of your government issued ID, a copy and the agreement that shows that the person agreed paying your costs. If you are asking an amount reffering your terms and conditions then we need a copy of your terms and conditions plus a copy of the from / letter / web-form that shows that the person has agreed to the terms and conditions. You also need to give a copy of the correspondence / email that shows that you have asked this amount to the person in past and you have given at least 2 weeks the time to pay this amount.
  • After verifying all the papers and information with the evidences we will give a notice to the person for 2 weeks if the person still wishes to resolve the issue. If the person doesn't resolve the issue or doesn't react at all then we submit him / her in blacklist.
  • How to get unlisted ?
  • try to resolve the issue first with the complainant, Pay his total due amount with 4% interest adding Un-listing Fee - US $ 570/  
  • You can also request us to withdraw  your name skipping the complainant by paying a withdrawal fee of USD 570/ or equivalent for each withdrawal plus the due amount. We will then forcibly unlist your name and pay to complainant
