His business is not running stable and he wished to have a Yagya that brings more clients and more income. He also wanted a Yagya for help in Police / Court cases. He booked 2 big Royal Yagya costing above $6000. He also then added one more big Royal Yagya saying that money was no problem and he can pay the costs. He said that in same week he is expecting his fund by which he will pay the cost of Yagya. The Yagya has been booked in urgent priority and has been started with-in 48 hours. The Yagya has been scheduled for 61 days. Mr. Kelly failed to keep his commitments. First he kept writing that he would pay in a couple of days or later but later he stopped whole communication. After 3 days performance the organization couldn't wear high expenses and stopped Yagya totally at his responsibilities. In a way he bluffed and fooled the organization. The collection is under progress through recovery agency in his area. Concerned parties are suggested to exercise extra precautions.

Mr. Eugene Carl Moore (born 18.3.1953) and Mrs. Visnja Petrovic Moore also know as Vicky (born 10.5.1963) are or were married together and have a 6 years old son. Mrs. Moore has contacted Ved Bhawan India to perform Yagya that could bring nature support and soften their relationship which is close to divorce and where Mr. Moore is believed by wife to have an extra-marital affaire. The Yagya has been booked in urgent priority on 9/11/2011 to be started with-in 24 hours. Ms. Moore made an agreement to pay the costs in 2 parts. 1 Part to pay immediately and another half in 30 days for this 31 days Yagya.  Despite of several reminder calls / mails, Ms. Moore didn't pay the amount she agreed. After 3 days of Yagya starting she said that she has no money to pay and she stopped all contacts. Consequently the Yagya too has been stopped at her risks and responsibilities. The collection of total amount has been transferred to US Collection agent. Concerned parties are suggested to exercise precautions while dealing with her.

Despite of the fact that neither the website nor Induprakash is associated with Bhavishyavani.com, the keyword Bhavishyavani is being used in website headers without such consent. Served a legel notice on 27.7.2011 and final notice on 29.7.2011 but no response at all. A penalty of $3000 has been levied to be paid immediately but didn't pay yet. Court proceedings are being prepared.

Anita Baranwal runs a shop of Astrology and pretends as a Yagya Organizer. She has a small shop in a shopping mall in Noida, India. She is not an astrologer with any academic qualification, nor has any qualified astrologer or Pandit reported on her website. There is a fake name (Acharya Kalki Krishna) reported in emails and website that is not a real name of a person in India. Has stolen photo's of Yagya from Ved Bhawan's website and published on her website. Ved Bhawan has served her legal notice and a penalty of $3000. that is overdue and needs to be paid / collected by law with other damage charges.
