If you are black-listed, try to resolve the issue first
with the complainant, Pay his total due amount adding an Unlisting Fee - US $ 570/If you make an appointment for term payment, then
untill the amount is completely paid we can't withdraw your name from
blacklist
The Unlisting Fee - USD 570/ anyway has to be paid by the requestant who requests unlisting. If the complainant requests unlisting then he needs to pay this fee to us.
You can also request us to withdraw your name skipping the complainant by paying a withdrawal fee of USD 570/ or equivalent
for each withdrawal plus the due amount. We will then forcibly unlist your name and pay to complainant.
Most of the blacklisting parties will charge you an interest of 4% monthly on the whole amount till it is fully paid.
We don't have any other option to unlist a
name.
We do not entertain any objection or dispute. For this you can contact your lawyer and establish your stand in legal terms. We also do not respond to notices. As we check the ground of black-listing on paper evidences, we can always produce them as a proof in eventually a lawsuit. We do not blacklist anyone without having sufficient documents and evidences.
Moreover a blacklisting is not to bring any damage to a person or organization but is to de-motivate people who do not pay the costs for the services they agreed for or who do not follow the code of ethics. It is just an instrument to put a social pressure on you so that you can fulfil your obligations.
After receiving withdrawal request and payment we unlist the details with-in 48 hours.
